We reserve the right to cancel any purchase made in breach of these eligibility requirements.

3. Research Use Only

All products sold by Ferocity Labs are supplied strictly for laboratory research use only.
They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, medical, diagnostic or therapeutic applications, nor use in foods, dietary supplements or cosmetics.

By purchasing from us you confirm:

You understand that the products have not been approved by any regulatory authority (e.g., the UK’s MHRA, FDA, EMA or equivalent).
You agree to handle and store these products safely and in compliance with all relevant local laws and regulations.
You accept full responsibility for the safe handling, storage and disposal of all products you purchase.

6. Orders, Payment & Chargebacks

We may limit quantities per person, household, order or customer.
We may cancel an order if we reasonably suspect it is for a use inconsistent with these Terms.
Chargebacks: If you initiate a chargeback or reversal without justification (including fraud or misrepresentation of your use), you will be liable for all associated costs including bank fees, legal costs and debt collection fees.

7. International Orders & Customs

If you are placing an order from outside the United Kingdom, you are responsible for ensuring compliance with your local laws before placing the order.
Ferocity Labs is not responsible for shipments delayed, seized or confiscated by customs or other regulatory authorities in your country.
We will not issue refunds for goods that are refused or destroyed by customs.
You are responsible for all import duties, taxes, fees or other charges imposed by your local authority.
