Refund Policy

At Ferocity Labs, we prioritise product integrity and customer satisfaction. However, due to the specialised nature of our products — supplied strictly for laboratory research use only — our returns policy is limited.
Returns
We only accept returns under certain conditions. To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
- Unused, unopened, and in the same condition that you received it.
- In its original packaging with the tamper-evident seal intact.
- Returned within 14 days of delivery.
If these conditions are not met, we regret that we cannot offer a refund or exchange. Before sending any product back, please contact us at ferocitylabs@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will confirm whether your item qualifies and provide return instructions.
Non-returnable items
Due to the nature of our research products, certain goods are exempt from being returned.
We do not accept returns for:
- Items that have been opened or where the seal has been broken.
- Products that have been used, altered, or damaged after delivery.
- Any return submitted after 14 days of receipt.
- Items not purchased directly from ferocitylabs.com.
Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm we have received your returned item and notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 2–3 business days and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment. Please note, original shipping costs are non-refundable, and return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the customer unless the item is confirmed defective or incorrect.
Late or missing refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank or payment account again. Then contact your payment provider, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you need to exchange an item for the same product, send us an email at ferocitylabs@gmail.com with your order number and supporting photos. We will review your case and provide return or replacement instructions where applicable.
Shipping returns
To return your product, please contact us first for the correct return address. You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item, unless the return is approved due to defect or shipping error. We recommend using a tracked shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item without tracking confirmation.
Crypto payments
If you paid using cryptocurrency, refunds will be processed in the same crypto used at purchase, equivalent to the GBP value on the date the refund is approved. Network fees may apply.
