Shipping Policy

At Ferocity Labs, we aim to ensure all orders are processed and delivered promptly while maintaining product integrity and discretion.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship within the United Kingdom only. International shipping is not available at this time. Any orders placed with an address outside of the UK will be cancelled and refunded automatically.
Processing Time
All orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after 2 p.m. or on weekends/public holidays will be processed the next working day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Delivery Times
We use Royal Mail Tracked or equivalent courier services for all shipments. Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- Royal Mail 24 Tracked: 1–2 working days
- Royal Mail 48 Tracked: 2–3 working days
Please note that delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to postal delays, seasonal demand, or circumstances beyond our control.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your chosen delivery method. Orders above a certain value may qualify for free tracked shipping — details will be displayed during checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your parcel’s progress. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after dispatch.
Address Accuracy
Please ensure your shipping details are entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or delivered incorrectly due to incomplete or inaccurate address information provided by the customer.
Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or appears to be missing items, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at ferocitylabs@gmail.com. Include your order number and clear photos of the packaging and items received. We will investigate and, if appropriate, arrange a replacement or refund.
Lost or Delayed
Parcels If your parcel has not arrived within 7 working days from the estimated delivery date, please contact us. We will open a claim with the courier and provide assistance. Refunds or replacements for lost parcels will only be issued once the courier’s investigation is complete.
Product Handling
Notice All products sold by Ferocity Labs are for laboratory research use only and not for human consumption. By placing an order, you acknowledge and accept these terms.
